Thanks for stopping by this website whose heart is captured by that one word above. This website is dedicated to Fly Casting and Innovative Fly Fishing designs. I hope you will find here a new breed thinking behind this sport that keeps what is useful from tradition but builds on it with the new
to push boundaries. My hope is you will find new edge, new energy, and uncommon thinking here. After all, there is enough sand on the beach and more of the same simply gets us just that. No more bringing sand to the beach here.  Rather, this website is here as an poetic invitation to within. By this, we free ourselves from the tyranny of repetition, a repetition that is simply there because of a lack of compelling choices, or, worse still, from recycling ourselves in overplaying safety and security.

And after we dust off the compass in us, we can then reawaken the explorer with it as well. For when we travel further outwards, we often find ourselves also travelling further inwards that often reveal our connection to nature, a highway to an ocean of freedom. A freedom I am reminded with these words:
The water's natural elixir
