What I offer
My goal in providing individual instruction is to never make you a slave to recipe, but rather to bring out the master in you.
This page contains information re: lesson options and rates structured to achieve this.
Single Handed rod, non spey style:
1. Starting at $50/hour single hand cast, Barton Park or nearby, OR (Intermediate- $65 phr, Advance- $85 phr).
2. Add $20 to above first hour if you desire to meet at convenient park/ river/ lake, any level (can meet on the Sandy River in Oxbow Park)
Spey style casting (one or two hand rods):
1. Spey option 1: Starting at $65/hour, Barton Park or nearby (Intermediate- $80 phr, Advance- $100 phr).
2. Spey option 2: Add $20 to above first hour if you desire to meet at convenient park/ river/ lake, any level.
Add on options:
1. Video add on option: $25. HD video recording salient parts of the entire session so you can review at home on computer. Client to provide their own SD card with a cleared out memory of 2GB for every hour of session (i.e. 2 hours need 4 GB). This can truly extend the value of classes as this home viewing option affords you several passes, especially over non intuitive information, for the lesson to fully sink in.
Other no added cost benefits:
All casting clients will have the opportunity to fine tune their rod with my many commercial and custom line setups. This is very useful- along with good casting fundamentals- to make a so-so cast into a great and luxuriant one you will be happy casting all day. This option is only available for on site lessons on a river/ lake.
